Cebu is having a holiday on Monday - Charter Day.
In Mactan on Saturday, they were having a fiesta.
The crowds were out in force. Everything from balloons...
to cut fruit....
to fruit stands...
to booths selling food, clothes, flip-flops, handicrafts...
to entertainment...
to singing at the church...
to the police...
to small goats roaming free.
It truly was a party!
